Full Time Floor Leader - Houston Galleria

Job Description

Lush is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader for their Houston Galleria location. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. The Floor Leader will work on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve their goals and create an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and providing coaching to the sales team
• Delivering a world-class customer experience
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing
• Maintaining a clean and organized store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs
