Job Description
The iFood is seeking a Gerente de Planejamento e Frota to lead its Demand and Supply planning within the Logistics structure. This role involves directing the business to ensure alignment between area strategies. The ideal candidate will lead S&OP and S&OE processes, monitor KPIs, and manage teams of coordinators and analysts. They will also be responsible for creating analyses and reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Role involves:
  • Leading S&OP and S&OE processes.
  • Monitoring KPIs and projections.
  • Creating analyses and reports.
  • Projecting different scenarios.
  • Managing teams.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, Databricks).
  • Experience with IBP, S&OP, S&OE, Demand Planning, and/or Supply Planning processes.
  • Experience in logistics planning with different modalities and categories.
  • Excellent relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
