dbt Labs is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager to ensure a positive onboarding experience for its largest accounts in Australia. This role is crucial for customer retention and growth. The Senior Onboarding Manager will report to the Manager, Customer Activation & Onboarding and work cross-functionally with sales, solutions architects, professional services, training, and support.He/She will be responsible for:
- Managing dbt Lab’s largest accounts to initial product adoption
- Communicating account setup requirements and expectations to customers
- Collaborating with sales, professional services, support, and training
- Meeting with prospective dbt Cloud customers to assess service experience needs
- Tailoring customer onboarding enablement for the region
- Working with customers in Asia-Pacific
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working asynchronously in a fully-remote, distributed team
- Excellent cross-collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in customer success or customer-facing project management
- Understanding of how professional services can speed time-to-value
