Role involves:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new restaurant partners.
- Identifying and prospecting new clients in the region.
- Achieving individual and company goals.
- Promoting and implementing new products and solutions.
- Analyzing restaurant operations and proposing strategic improvements.
- Utilizing advanced negotiation techniques, such as SPIN Selling.
Requirements:
- Experience in consultative sales and new client prospecting.
- High analytical capacity and strategic data management skills.
- Commercial profile with negotiation and sales techniques skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to relate to internal partner areas.
- Advanced level in office package (Excel, Power Point, etc) or Google package (Sheets, Docs, etc).
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on profile with high energy and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to strategically look at restaurant operations and constructively criticize.
- Experience in risk management and emotional intelligence.
- Residing in the region of operation (Rio de Janeiro, RJ).
