Seu Cardápio Diário is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Martech team. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, responsible for evaluating and prioritizing demands, ensuring clear communication of delivery status, and managing stakeholders and external partners like Meta and Google.

Role Involves:

• Serving as a technical reference and leader within the Martech Engineering team.
• Evaluating and prioritizing various demands.
• Ensuring clear communication regarding the status of deliveries.
• Communicating with and managing stakeholders and external partners such as Meta and Google.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge in software engineering (Kotlin, Java, or Golang) and data streaming.
• Expertise with databases (relational and non-relational).
• Experience integrating with partner platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously, with prioritization skills and clear communication.
• Ability to identify and solve root cause problems.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams.
