Job Description
Proton Technologies AG is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join their Proton VPN team. This role is based in either Skopje or Taipei. The Customer Support team is one of the largest in Proton, dedicated to assisting users with questions, concerns, and issues related to all Proton products.What this role involves:
  • Interacting directly with Proton VPN customers to answer questions.
  • Resolving technical support inquiries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting extensive troubleshooting to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Collaborating with developers to improve Proton products based on customer feedback.
  • Assisting in testing web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality releases.
Requirements:
