Job Description
Proton is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive Proton Pass forward. This role involves shaping marketing strategy and executing programs and campaigns across various marketing functions. The Senior Marketing Manager will expand Proton’s privacy ecosystem through cybersecurity and productivity initiatives.
Role involves:
- Leading user research to identify target segments and understand their needs.
- Shaping the value proposition of the product.
- Acting as a connector between product/BU teams and the marketing team.
- Developing the marketing strategy and plan for Proton Pass.
- Leading marketing teams through execution.
- Troubleshooting and solving problems across multiple teams.
- Providing marketing reporting to the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Experience in a product marketing role in B2B, SaaS startups (preferably in online privacy, cybersecurity, or productivity).
- Voracious early adopter of new technologies.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and develop human-centric messaging.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns.
- Strong empathy for the customer and a user-centric mindset.
- Proven track record in marketing successful product launches.
