Job Description

Pathward is seeking a VP of Revenue Due Diligence to join their team. This role is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a company dedicated to financial inclusion. The VP of Revenue Due Diligence leverages expertise in interpreting laws, regulations, and industry guidance to design and deliver high-quality programs that balance market demands with effective risk management. They will act as a resource for the revenue teams to engage to work directly with the compliance teams of partners and prospects in resolving compliance concerns associated with new products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field or equivalent education and work experience. Master’s degree preferred
  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
  • 10 years of experience in consumer, commercial, credit or partner solutions risk management, or financial product design, with a strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit program design, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles.
  • Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank) in a practical, market-driven context.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to assess the impact of regulatory changes on credit products.
  • Ability to develop risk-informed strategies that align with business needs and market demands
