Blenheim Chalcot is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to join Fospha, its rapidly scaling MarTech venture. This role is based in Mumbai, India, and involves leading a team of data engineers, ensuring data integrity, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with change.Fospha is a marketing measurement platform for eCommerce brands, experiencing rapid growth and market leadership. The company is a certified partner of Meta, TikTok, and Snap, working with well-known eCommerce brands to drive growth and value.Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
• Oversee the planning and execution of data projects.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise.
• Implement and maintain ELT processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data integrity and quality.
• Support data-driven decision-making.
• Define data standards for Data Science and Analytics.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• Prior experience leading a team.
• Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL technologies.
• Fluent in Python.
• Understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and ELT flows.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
