Job Description
DoorDash is seeking a talented and driven Performance Marketing Associate to join their Growth Marketing team in Canada. This role focuses on managing paid search and social campaigns to drive merchant acquisition and support consumer acquisition across various digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will analyze campaign results, optimize performance, and provide strategic recommendations on media plans.Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of digital paid marketing channels (Paid Social, Search).
  • Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels, including budget pacing and CPA.
  • Develop A/B tests to optimize channel performance and test new ad formats.
  • Work on end-to-end creative optimization.
  • Build and analyze marketing dashboards to track performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience and BA/BS degree.
  • Direct experience managing media buying and optimization (Paid search, Paid Social, Display).
  • Familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV measurement and media mix modeling tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and budget tracking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
