Job Description
DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for their New Verticals Strategy & Operations team, focusing on expanding the DashMart business across Canada. This role involves a mix of data analysis, business intelligence, marketing collateral design, stakeholder management, and project management.
The Associate Manager will work on initiatives related to growth, marketing, quality, cost, and efficiency, identifying improvements to grow the New Verticals business. The role requires strategic thinking, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive growth for DoorDash's new ventures.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop optimal strategies for serving customers.
  • Lead and collaborate on strategic, multi-category projects.
  • Drive the growth of DoorDash’s next big businesses.
  • Run experiments and scale insights.
  • Assess operational and financial impacts of decisions.
Requirements:
  • 4-6+ years of experience in operations, technology, consulting, strategy, business development, banking, analytics, high-growth or early-stage startup experience or related experience.
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Comfortable operating at both high and detailed levels.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and convert insights into scalable processes.
  • Comfortable with data and SQL.
