Associate, New Verticals - Canada Growth Strategy & Operations

Job Description

DoorDash is seeking an Associate for their New Verticals Strategy & Operations team in Canada. This role focuses on identifying and prioritizing initiatives to improve the fee structure and affordability of New Verticals across the Canadian business. The Associate will lead short-term execution, help shape long-term strategy, identify pricing opportunities, and partner with the product team to experiment with new features for Canadian users.This individual contributor role offers future opportunities for team growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a bias for action, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. They should be a problem solver with strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to inform decisions and proficient in tools like Excel and SQL.Responsibilities:

• Build and scale DoorDash’s New Verticals business.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer service.
• Transform strategies into operational experiments.
• Analyze customer data to inform strategy.

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or related strategy and operations.
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
