Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Supervising Clinician. This role focuses on providing clinical oversight and guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and the Foundations of Care model. The Supervising Clinician will work within a supportive environment that emphasizes clinical quality and individualized, assent-based care.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clients to drive compliance and retention.
- Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans following ABA principles.
- Leading and maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing (when applicable).
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
