Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician. The Supervising Clinician will embody the company's clinical values and respect the values of clients, practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with the Foundations of Care and assent-based principles. They will oversee ABA Therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention.
- Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans following ABA principles.
- Leading and maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within first 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
