Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Inkster, Michigan. The Supervising Clinician will embody the company's clinical values and respect for clients, practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with the Foundations of Care model. This model emphasizes individualized, assent-based care through Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) and Universal Protocols. The BCBA will oversee ABA therapy and guide Behavior Technicians to meet clinical standards. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and provides multiple layers of clinical support.
The role focuses on clinical services, eliminating operational tasks. The company's clinician-led data collection software provides prediction models for successful clinical outcomes.
What this role involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within first 30 days of employment.
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
