Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Supervising Clinician. This hybrid role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will practice Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with Centria's Foundations of Care, emphasizing assent-based care through Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) and Universal Protocols.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within first 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
