Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Supervising Clinician. This hybrid role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will practice Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with Centria's Foundations of Care and assent-based approach.

Role involves:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course.
  • BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Active state license, when applicable.
  • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
  • Crisis management experience is preferred.
