Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work remotely and provide telehealth services. The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA Therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and individualized care through assent-based care, Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT), and Universal Protocols.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course.
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
