Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and individualized care through assent-based practices.
The role involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within first 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
