Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in their Early Intervention Center-Based program. This role is located in Norcross, Georgia. The Supervising Clinician will embody the company's clinical values and respect for clients, practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with the Foundations of Care model. This model ensures individualized care through assent-based care, Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT), as well as Universal Protocols.
Role Involves:
- Overseeing ABA Therapy.
- Providing guidance to Behavior Technicians.
- Ensuring clinical standards are met.
- Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience (preferred).
- Crisis management experience (preferred).
