Job Description
Centria Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervising Clinician to relocate to Speedway, Indiana. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will practice Applied Behavior Analysis aligned with Centria's Foundations of Care and assent-based approach.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
  • Active state license, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience preferred.
  • Crisis management experience preferred.
