Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Speedway, Indiana. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will practice Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with Centria's Foundations of Care and assent-based approach.Centria emphasizes clinical quality and provides multiple layers of clinical support. The Dyad model allows clinicians to focus on clinical services, eliminating operational tasks. The company offers a clinician-led data collection software for successful clinical outcomes.The role involves:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
  • Crisis management experience is preferred.
