Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Speedway, Indiana. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy, providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, and ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will align with Centria's Foundations of Care, emphasizing assent-based practices and individualized care.

Role Involves:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience preferred.
  • Crisis management experience preferred.
