Job Description

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervising Clinician to relocate to Speedway, Indiana. The role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and individualized care through assent-based care, Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT), and Universal Protocols. The company offers multiple layers of clinical support and a Dyad model that eliminates operational tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Active state license, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience preferred.
  • Crisis management experience preferred.
