Job Description
Centria Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Speedway, Indiana. This role involves relocating to Speedway, Indiana, with fully paid relocation costs covered by the company. The Supervising Clinician will embody the company's core clinical values and respect the values of clients, practicing Applied Behavior Analysis aligned with the Foundations of Care and assent-based principles. They will oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical standards are met.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention.
- Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans following ABA principles.
- Leading and maintaining staff by communicating job expectations.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within first 30 days.
- BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
