Centria Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Speedway, Indiana. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy, guiding Behavior Technicians, and ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will align with Centria's Foundations of Care, emphasizing assent-based practices and client-centered care.
What This Role Involves: - Providing clinical oversight to clients.
- Training and managing Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements: - Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within first 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
