Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Speedway, Indiana. This role involves providing clinical oversight, training Behavior Technicians, and engaging parents in ABA therapy. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and individualized care through assent-based practices and the PFA-SBT model. Responsibilities include: - Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements: - Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
