Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Speedway, Indiana. This role involves providing clinical oversight, training Behavior Technicians, and engaging parents in ABA therapy. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and individualized care through assent-based practices and the PFA-SBT model. The company offers a supportive environment with multiple layers of clinical support and a dyad model that eliminates operational tasks.Responsibilities include:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training and managing Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff.
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience preferred.
  • Crisis management experience preferred.
