Member Experience Associate - Miami

Job Description

Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Associate to be the heart of the member experience in their Miami location. This role is based on-site 5 days a week.

The Member Experience Associate will play a crucial role in creating great days for members by preparing the office, managing inventory, and assisting with IT issues. Industrious is looking for a candidate who loves building relationships and community. The successful candidate will be passionate about building relationships and community.

Role involves:

• Preparing the office for the day, including brewing coffee and stocking amenities.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Creating events and designing signage.
• Adding new members into systems.
• Assisting members with IT or WiFi issues.
• Participating in local marketing events.
• Conducting walk-in tours.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to operate machines and appliances.
• Willingness to participate in food preparation and cleaning duties.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations.

Industrious offers:

• Fixed hours for stability.
• Commuter Stipend of $150 / quarter.
• Travel stipend $150/ annually (after 90 days)
• End of Year Bonus of $1500.
