Member Experience Associate - New York City

Job Description

Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Associate for their New York City location. This in-person role, based on-site 5 days a week, is at the heart of the member experience, focused on creating great days for all who enter the office. • Preparing the office each day by brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking amenities.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Creating event signage.
• Adding new members into systems.
• Assisting members with IT or WiFi issues.
• Participating in local marketing events and touring prospective members.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of operating machines such as printers, dishwashers, and kitchen utensils.
• Ability to participate in food preparation and cleaning duties while following safety regulations.

The role offers:

• Fixed hours.
