Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Manager for their Evanston location. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to be on-site 5 days a week and live within a commutable distance of Evanston, IL. The Member Experience Manager will be the primary problem solver, community connector, and experience creator for Industrious members. They will manage the location, ensuring smooth operations and acting as a point of contact for members and the broader business community.
