Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Manager for their New York City location. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to be on-site 5 days a week and live within an easy commute of New York City. The Member Experience Manager will be the primary problem solver, motivator, and experience creator for Industrious members. They will manage the location, ensuring smooth operations through organization and communication. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with CEOs, representing Industrious in the local market, and identifying potential members.Role involves:
