Centria Healthcare is seeking a Lead Clinical Recruiter to source, recruit, and hire individuals for hard-to-fill BCBA positions. The Lead Clinical Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring Centria has qualified professionals to provide ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Centria Healthcare is dedicated to providing the best developmental experience possible for children with ASD. They operate in 13 states and are committed to reaching every child in need with interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis.Role involves:

• Developing and executing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Conducting interviews and managing the candidate experience.
• Building a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as a sourcing professional or full-cycle recruiter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
