Job Description
Centria Healthcare is seeking a Lead Clinical Recruiter to source, recruit, and hire individuals for hard-to-fill BCBA positions. The Lead Clinical Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring Centria has qualified Supervising Clinicians to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing strategic recruiting strategies.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Providing a positive candidate experience.
- Educating applicants on the BCBA role.
- Developing a talent pipeline.
- Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of current programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as a sourcing professional or full-cycle recruiter.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
- Knowledge of Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn, and social media platforms (preferred).
- Superb communication skills.
- Collaborative personality.
