Job Description
Storable is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to enhance and maintain their Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for system optimization, automation, and user support. This role involves collaborating with technical and non-technical roles, ensuring data integrity, and staying updated on Salesforce releases.
Responsibilities:
- Manage user setup, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning components, and validation rules.
- Automate complex business processes using declarative tools like Flow Builder.
- Ensure data integrity throughout the system.
- Develop reports and dashboards for business insights.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement new features.
- Maintain Salesforce development environments and ensure CI/CD processes are strictly adhered to.
- Collaborate with other technical and non-technical roles throughout the department.
- Document and communicate system processes thoroughly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Flows, Screen Flows, and automation tools.
- Expert spreadsheet skills for data cleanup and wrangling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin (preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL (Preferred)
- Experience with Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or Zapier (Preferred)
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, deduplication strategies, and security best practices (Preferred)
