Demand Planner

Job Description

Beauty Pie, a luxury beauty and wellness buyers' club, is seeking a Demand Planner to join their team in London. This role involves assisting in managing a diverse SKU portfolio, including new and existing product developments. The Demand Planner will convert member and customer data into regional (UK & US) SKU forecasts using Anaplan and ensure the accuracy of demand forecasts by building key relationships with Finance, NPD, Growth, and Marketing teams. They will also support the monthly business planning (IBP) S&OP process and identify forecast risks, developing mitigation plans in collaboration with various teams.

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and demand planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus
• Basic understanding of forecasting techniques and statistical modeling
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Accuracy in data management and forecast modeling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• 2 years prior experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management is desirable
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and business planning is desirable
