Job Description
Our client, a leading e-commerce company for rugs, is seeking a Brand Lead to spearhead its branding strategies. The Brand Lead will focus on streamlining brand KPIs, defining the long-term brand vision, managing resources, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the brand in an innovative environment.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Take full ownership of brand performance metrics.
  • Define and evolve the long-term brand vision and strategy.
  • Manage brand resources by coordinating budgets and creative assets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
  • Develop and refine the brand channel strategy.
  • Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns.
  • Leverage customer insights and market research.


Your profile:
  • 4–6 years experience in brand marketing.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of brand building online and offline.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries is a plus.
