Job Description
Project A is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant - GTM to join their Sales & GTM team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in scaling and executing Sales, Growth & GTM strategies across various industries and company stages. This role involves leading high-impact commercial projects and shaping strategies that drive measurable results for some of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.
As a Senior Consultant, the individual will collaborate closely with C-level executives, founders, and commercial teams to assess and build scalable commercial engines. They will also be responsible for executing solutions, from customer segmentation and CRM rollouts to leading sales teams and identifying optimal GTM motions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored sales, growth, and GTM strategies
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales organizations and test new GTM motions
- Drive implementation of improvements across customer segmentation, channel strategy, and sales excellence
- Lead CRM evaluations and implementations (e.g., Salesforce)
- Build and run workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions
- Refine and share Project A’s best practices for Sales & GTM
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with cutting-edge tools, including AI-enabled solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Operations, or GTM
- Proven experience in scaling or optimizing sales organizations
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach
- Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Confident communicator with C-level stakeholder management skills
- Deep interest in commercial tech stacks (e.g. CRM, lead enrichment tools)
- Openness to travel 3-4 days per week
- Native-level German and fluent English (C1+ in both)
- Eligibility to work within the EU
