Job Description
Convera USA LLC is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Denver, CO. This role involves working within an engineering team, contributing to all facets of software engineering, from grasping and validating requirements to designing solutions, developing software, conducting tests, and managing software configurations. The candidate will spearhead architecture development, crafting well-structured products and systems that significantly impact end-users. They will also collaborate with stakeholders, both locally and internationally, to meet service level agreements and formulate a future-oriented architecture for expedited delivery, ensuring traceability between business and IT strategies and suggested technologies.
Role involves:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5 years with Bachelor’s or 3 years with Master’s of progressive, post-Bachelor’s related experience
- Experience with Microservices and event driven architecture
- Experience with Architectural and design products with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Java
- Experience with Core Java, J2EE, Spring, API’S, SOA, SOAP, REST, Apache Camel, Netflix Hystrix, Hibernate, JPA, Lombok, JXL, and Apache POI
- Experience with Container Orchestration: Docker, OpenShift, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- Experience with Database: Oracle 12, MySQL 5.x, REDIS, and Elastic Search (ELK) 4.x - 6.x
- Experience with Messaging Brokers: ActiveMQ, Kafka 8.x, 10.x, Zookeeper, and WebMethods Broker 8.x - 9.x
- Experience with Server and Monitoring: Apache Tomcat, WebMethods IS, MWS server, Redhat Fuse, Grafana, Dynatrace, and DataDog
Role offers:
- Salary range: $161,886.00 to $191,850.00 per year
