Account Supervisor, Influencer Marketing

Viral Nation is seeking an Account Supervisor to manage influencer marketing campaigns. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for supporting strategic direction, delivering account management services, and fostering collaboration with internal teams. This role requires strong social and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and expertise in the influencer and social media landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing digital, social, PR, or influencer roles and a proven record of managing complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support strategic direction across social and influencer campaigns.
• Deliver top-tier account management services.
• Maintain meticulous tracking and provision of campaign updates.
• Foster seamless collaboration with Center of Excellence teams.
• Assume ownership of post-procurement influencer management.
• Engage directly with influencers to co-create compelling content.
• Effectively work within account budget parameters.
• Maintain strong relationships with brands across a variety of verticals.
• Lead and support the development of impactful client presentations.
• Oversee all influencer marketing campaigns through VN’s proprietary platform(s).
• Actively contribute to the development and refinement of agency processes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer role.
• Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned.
• Strong understanding of the influencer and social media landscape.
• Ability to manage a vast volume of influencers and multifaceted projects.
• Experience in deep cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven record of being adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience managing multiple clients/projects.
• Experience working specifically with influencers on new and/or emerging platforms.
• Additional social/digital experience in content creation, social strategy or paid media.
