Responsibilities:
- Swiftly respond to customer concerns on written tickets
- Proficiency in Google Calendar and email
- Excellent reporting & response on every email and slack
Requirements:
- Excellent English reading and writing
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to track and improve metrics
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Touch typing 45 WPM and above
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 months CS experience
- Preference for applicants based in central and SE Asia
