Job Description
Ada is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead mid-market and enterprise customers through the onboarding and implementation journey of Ada's AI customer service platform. This role involves serving as a technical partner and strategic advisor, helping clients design scalable solutions and integrate Ada’s platform into their ecosystem. The consultant will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Implementation projects involve deploying Ada across messaging, email, and voice channels, tailored to each client’s infrastructure and strategic priorities.
Role involves:
- Owning end-to-end delivery of client implementations.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their goals and technical environment.
- Providing strategic guidance and best practices on leveraging Ada.
- Designing and configuring logic-based workflows within Ada’s platform.
- Implementing integrations with client systems.
- Testing and refining GenAI responses.
- Coordinating with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Providing training and supporting documentation.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, professional services, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of APIs.
- Understanding of SaaS ecosystems and experience integrating tools like Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of logic-based workflows.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and solving complex problems.
