FP&A Manager

Job Description

Ada is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their team. This role reports to the Senior Strategic Finance Manager and involves high ownership across key forecasting and reporting processes. The FP&A Manager will lead department-level budgeting, support company-wide forecasting, and develop financial analyses that drive business performance. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to connect financial and operational data, producing insights that inform strategic decisions.Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and improve key financial reports and metrics.
• Lead the operating expense and headcount forecasting process for select departments.
• Support the development of the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure a smooth and timely close process.
• Partner with teams across the organization to integrate financial and non-financial data.
• Assist in preparing board and leadership materials.
• Identify opportunities to enhance FP&A processes through automation.
• Provide data-driven insights to support company initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong attention to detail and foundational knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong business partnering experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
