Job Description
Ada is seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing (Brand) to lead its global brand presence. This role involves shaping Ada's voice to inspire trust and position the company as the preferred AI platform for customer service leaders. The Director will oversee a cross-functional team, driving business impact through storytelling and integrated marketing. They will develop global campaigns, manage social media strategy, build partnerships, and ensure creative excellence across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-funnel integrated brand campaigns.
  • Translate campaigns into regional strategies for NA, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Growth teams.
  • Own and execute Ada’s global social media strategy.
  • Expand influencer and sponsorship programs.
  • Define and report on KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of brand marketers and creatives.
  • Maintain design quality across all brand materials.
  • Partner with the VP of Product Design for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years in integrated marketing and brand leadership at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Proven ability to create globally resonant brand campaigns.
  • Expertise in social media strategy and execution.
  • Strong background in media planning, sponsorships, and influencer marketing.
  • Deep understanding of creative production workflows.
  • AI-savvy with experience using AI tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in brand and campaign metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
