Job Description
Ada is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to champion its Voice AI and Email AI solutions. This role involves shaping the positioning and adoption of these solutions within enterprise customer service organizations. The ideal candidate will drive go-to-market strategies, craft differentiated messaging, and enable customer-facing teams. A strong understanding of the CCaaS and CX space is essential to ensure Ada's offerings align with modern customer service needs.Role involves:
  • Delivering differentiated product positioning and messaging.
  • Leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts for new product capabilities.
  • Ensuring campaigns reflect a deep understanding of the customer service audience.
  • Empowering sales and CX teams with tailored collateral.
  • Cultivating relationships with key customers for feedback and stories.
  • Acting as the voice of the market within Ada.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
  • Experience in CCaaS, CX, contact center technology, or AI-driven customer support.
  • Proven track record working across cross-functional workstreams.
  • Experience bringing technical products to market.
  • Customer-centric, data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic, analytical approach with presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
