Pharmbills is seeking a Medical Biller to join their growing international network. The Medical Biller will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of healthcare institutions by accurately processing payments and maintaining detailed financial records. This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with U.S. healthcare clients and contribute to a diverse, talented team.

• Invoicing: Preparing and issuing accurate invoices for healthcare services.
• Reconciliation: Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Record Management: Maintaining detailed and organized financial records.
• Collections Oversight: Tracking payments and following up on outstanding accounts.
• Collaboration: Engaging closely with U.S. healthcare clients and internal teams to optimize billing processes.
• Reporting: Generating reports on billing status and accounts receivable.

• Strong understanding of billing processes and basic accounting.
• Attention to detail and precision in record keeping.
• Experience with Excel and billing/accounting software is a plus.
• Strong English skills (B2+) for communication with U.S. clients.
• Ability to act independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Availability to work according to U.S. business hours.
