The company is seeking a Talent Sourcer, also known as a Talent Sorcerer, to identify and engage top talent. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for building pipelines and keeping the recruitment process flowing.Role involves:

• Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates through various platforms.
• Partnering and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Tracking and optimizing sourcing performance.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or HR.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Comfortable using ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
