Responsibilities: - Source and engage with candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Build and maintain pipelines for roles such as RBTs and Clinical Directors.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles.
- Track sourcing performance and stay updated on hiring trends.
Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or HR.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
