The company is seeking a Talent Sourcer, also known as a Talent Sorcerer, to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates. This role involves building talent pipelines and facilitating the recruitment process.Responsibilities:
  • Source and engage with candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for roles such as RBTs and Clinical Directors.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles.
  • Track sourcing performance and stay updated on hiring trends.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or HR.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
