Job Description

The company is seeking a Talent Sourcer, also known as a Talent Sorcerer, to identify and engage top talent. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for building pipelines and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.Role involves:

• Sourcing candidates across various platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Building and maintaining pipelines for roles such as RBTs and BCBAs.
• Reaching out to passive candidates with personalized messages.
• Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Tracking sourcing performance and managing pipelines.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or HR.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and buzzwords.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Comfortable using ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
