PayPay Card is seeking a Product Manager to enhance its fraud detection systems. This role involves system planning, development, and operation of payment-related products, focusing on authorization and fraud detection systems. The Product Manager will collaborate with business departments to define system requirements, manage projects with internal development teams and external vendors, and ensure optimal system implementation.PayPay Card completed a significant infrastructure overhaul in the spring of 2023, transitioning from 80% on-premises to 80% cloud-based. This role is crucial for reinforcing the organization and internalizing operations to support the company's goal of becoming the No.1 financial and credit service provider in Japan.
Responsibilities: - Streamlining current operations and proposing solutions for fraud detection.
- Identifying and addressing issues in existing systems to optimize performance.
- Defining requirements for fraud detection products.
- Validating that developments meet product requirements.
- Investigating and analyzing product specifications.
- Defining system requirements and designing product features.
- Coordinating product specifications with development engineers.
- Reviewing systems to ensure alignment with product requirements.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in requirements definition and basic design of fraud detection systems.
- Experience in development and maintenance of payment-related systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of industry standards such as PCI DSS (preferred).
- Experience in architecture design of large-scale distributed systems (preferred).
- Experience in introducing microservices architecture (preferred).
- Practical experience in data analysis and machine learning (preferred).
- Development experience on cloud platforms (preferred).
