Job Description

PayPay Card is seeking an 社内SE to join its 基幹システム開発 team. This role focuses on the development, operation, and maintenance of core systems, primarily supporting the corporate division. The mission is to optimize the operation and structure of HR and accounting systems, providing an environment where all employees can maximize their potential.

The 社内SE will be responsible for proposing, implementing, and maintaining systems for centralized management and analysis of HR information, aligning with advanced HR strategies. This involves understanding and realizing the ideal state of HR operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hearing requests for HR business improvements, identifying issues, and creating project plans.
  • Selecting vendors, managing project progress for HR system development projects.
  • Promoting business improvements and efficiency using HR systems.
  • Operating and maintaining HR systems, including Workday.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience with global HR systems (including Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) or domestic HR systems (COMPANY, HUE, etc.) in a consulting firm or internal IT department.
  • Experience in HR operations (recruiting, talent management, performance evaluation, payroll, attendance, etc.) in a consulting firm or business company.
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining HRIS (SAP, Workday, etc.).
